1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup applesauce
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 - 1 Tbsp hemp protein, if desired
Mix all ingredients in a sealable bowl well. Lid the container and store in fridge overnight. Serve cold or hot!
